Inverted triangle or hour glass?

I'm trying to update my wardrobe and dress better for my body shape but I can't work out which shape I am. Some of the calculators say hourglass and others inverted triangle. Which is correct? And which advice do I follow?

Put on leggings and a vest and ask someone to take a picture of you from behind.
If your shoulders the same width as you hips and you go in at the waist then you are hourglass.
If your hips are narrower, you are an inverted triangle.
