Help with highlights please

Hoping someone can help please .
DD went to hairdresser today to get highlights ... they are more grey , icy ash blonde type rather than the previous pretty golden honey blonde ones ...

Is there anything we can do to warm the colour ??

Would that silver shampoo work at all ??

no the silver shampoo will make it more ashy. Maybe needs a gold toner. Can you/she not speak to the hairdresser and ask them to correct it

you are correct it needs warmed up ... she’s reluctant to go back to the same place as it was 5 hours in the salon today ..
I was not there but it sounds like something went badly wrong DD said lots of colour applications put on .. 3 times and 3 hair washes ....

I’ll take her somewhere else
