Boob or bust

Hi, I've just measured myself as per the boob or bust website and am apparently a 30FF. If I went to m&s I'd be a 36C so I'm a bit Confused My question is would a size 30FF from a high street store fit or would I be going back to the old sizing? I'm currently in a 36D from Victoria's Secret as they tend to be smaller in the cup I've found. I'm totally confused.

The point of BoB is to find a better fit, so 30FF is a good place to start to find something that is more supportive. I find M&S a poor fit, but I like Curvy Kate and Figleaves bras. I'm a 30HH so it's hard to find anything, tbh.

36D = 34DD = 32E = 30F with regards to cup volume I.e. they enclose the same amount of breast tissue but on different sized backs (sister sizes). 30FF is only 1 cup size bigger than your current 36D bra.

I'm in a 34D sorry.

34D = 32DD = 30E so 30FF is 2 cup sizes bigger which is only an extra 2 inches worth of breast tissue.

Thank you. I think I get it now. I'm not a fan of m&s bras as there is always a prickly bit on the strap by my shoulder blade that irritates the hell out of me. I can never find it though to sort it. I've filed them with an r wry board before now! My favourite bra was a Victoria's Secret Pink Date bra. Most comfy and best fit I'd ever had. Sadly they don't make them anymore.
