Plus size interview clothing

Hi,
I have my first interview in 5 years this week and I have no idea what to wear! I have had 2 children since my last interview so I will need to buy something new! I have a black blazer and pants I could use but I need a top or a dress. I’m early 30’s, size 20 and my tummy is what I’m conscious about the most so button shirts aren’t really an option. I was thinking of a midi dress/tea dress with blazer and black tights but I’m not sure if this is too informal? Job role is store manager. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you in advance!

Suggest you check out Jaeger, Hobbs and Boden for jersey tops or jersey dresses. Boden double layer tops look good under a suit, have a scoop neck, so suit boobage, plus suck you in a bit. I like Baukjen too for jersey tops but they only go up to size 18. Quite pricey but their quality is great plus their styles and sizing are quite generous ime

If you've got a suit I'd go for a blouse - Yours do nice ones.

Good luck!

If you’re not comfortable in shirts the defo avoid if you’re not comfortable you become very aware of your body and it can throw your focus.

I have something similar to this I’ve worn on my last 2 interviews (spaced years apart) with a blazer. They’ve been project management type roles if that helps.
