One piece swim suit with openable gusset?

Does anyone know of a stylish or sporty one piece swim suit that has an opening as on a body top?
Our holiday routine is that I put on my beach wear first thing and then do for walks and a lunch and then get to the beach late pm as the sun goes down - saves all the faff with towels changing on the beach.
However the faff of a one piece under clothes when you go to the loo outweighs the convenience on the beach.
I can't find any - but it seems like a logical invention to me. Feels like swim suits are designed by men!
I have even looked for bodies that look like swim suits - no joy there either.
Ideas please.

So do you buy several and wash them, take a fresh swimming costume for each day or.... walk around all day every day in the same costume for a week, in lieu of pants? Cos the last option is a bit grim.

Glad you found something. But what do you do after you swim? Put your clothes back on over a wet swimming suit? Or maybe you’re somewhere hotter than the UK.

I don't swim - it is just for beach wear. And yes, I wash and dry it overnight if I wear it the next day - it is easy. I have to say that this thread which was started as a request for practical advice has turned into a "have a go at the OP" jamboree and shown a rather negative side of MN. If you can't say anything helpful - please refrain from criticising me - some of the posts on this thread have been plain abrasive and nasty. End of thread.
