Would you return these Joules sandals?

Bought for DD on 22nd May and discovered this morning that the soles are starting to come away, and have almost worn through in places.

She's worn them almost constantly since she got them, so maybe that's expected wear and tear? I'd just expected to get more than 2 months use from them! 

It can’t hurt to complain.

I bought a very expensive pair of Joule wellies and they split within a couple of months. Sent them some pictures and they refunded me.

I’ve always found that for their price, Joule shoes don’t last.

Yes I would, am not entirely sure they are obliged to refund you though. Hopefully they will at least offer an exchange.

Interesting because I got some joules slippers for Christmas and by February the soles had worn through completely and I'd only worn them on carpet.
