Boring I know!

Which ones do you use? I’m interested in the tanita body composition or a Fitbit one but not sure if the extra features are worth it, they’re just scales after all

I have Renpho scales. Bought from amazon and give you a lot of information and are precise. They work with an app where it collects your data for your weight and you can also enter your measurements. I recommend them!

@cactuscushion thank you, Renpho wasn’t on my radar! Do you use the app often or do you find it gimmicky?

I weigh weekly with it and find it useful. I put measurements in at the start of every month. This month saw 10cm off my waist even if my weight has hardly changed in the last 8 weeks!

It's quite simple but tells you useful info- how many calories to eat to maintain (TDEE?), BMI, fat percentage and quite a few other things. I was contemplating the Fitbit ones too but there was quite a big price difference so went for Renpho. I just add my weight manually to the Fitbit app.
