Tell me about your favourite pyjamas

I need some new pyjamas and I'm not even sure what I'm looking for.

Don't really want to spend too much, but also don't want them to look like they could belong to my toddler

So please tell me about your favourites... and even better send links if you have them :-)

Thanks!

I went shopping for new PJs - everything expensive and not great quality then found some lovely cotton blue fine striped ones in men’s department - much better quality and am delighted!

Tamtam86 · 09/08/2020 17:41

Oh that's a good idea! I'll have to check out the men's department Smile

I like to sleep naked but have this and the pj bottoms for flouncing around the house, so comfy and cooling. Generous sizing too

Ted Baker pyjamas are lovely. Yes not cheap but great quality and generous sizing.

RainbowRaine · 10/08/2020 00:01

Lipsy, I own 3 pairs and love them.

I'm a pyjama snob... but recent conclusion is that Sainsbury's offers the best options for not £££.

I was eyeing these up yesterday. In real life the colour is more subtle and the fabric is very soft:

I got some good zebra print ones from Next. Tk Maxx is good for pjs.

I love Jigsaw ones. Currently eyeing these up www.jigsaw-online.com/product/riviera-print-modal-pyjamas-/J42702_AS011

Second Ted Baker. Expensive but worth it, they last forever.

My John Lewis Edie PJs are the perfect winter PJ. Comfy, warm, cuffed legs and wash well

tinkerbellsays · 10/08/2020 16:27

Chelsea Peers PJ's for me, they're often on sale and nearly always in the Next sale 😍

monkeyonthetable · 10/08/2020 16:30

Very happy with pink and white candy striped ones for £30 in the White Company sale.
DH bought me some elegant Ted Baker ones which I often want to wear on nights out, they are so glamorous. But I have a sneaky affection for Primark. They do the softest cotton and if you hunt through the endless racks, there are some great designs.

my boyfriends....... Blush

I love pyjamas and buy way too many but I honestly find my boyfriends jammie bottoms the comfiest - they are obviously roomier around the crotch lol, looser on the waist and I find them softer cotton and better quality. I love them :)

My favourite pjs were from Primark about 6 years ago. Cotton jersey with a bit of Lycra. The long bottoms are leopard print and the t shirt style top is a cappuccino type colour with leopard print trim. I bought 3 pairs because I loved them so much. Sadly after 6 years of constant wear they are starting to develop a few small holes.

Luckily I loved them so much I also bought a pair each for my adult DDs. I am hoping they will be willing to swap their (less worn) pjs for a brand new pair. I also have another pair at our holiday home so once we can travel there again I will repatriate them.

Reading this I am beginning to realise how insane it is!
