Tell me about Winser London?

I'm way down here in New Zealand and our high street shopping options are dire, so I have to shop online a lot. (The upside is that we're off-season, so I scoop a lot of sales!)
Winser London seems to have a lot of clothes that are very much my style, and basics that I need, and I'm hoping someone can give an opinion about the quality and fit.
Have you/do you buy WL? Are they good value, or disappointing?
I'm looking particularly at their jersey dresses and knits.

Excellent quality - their website does them no favours at all though.
I have a few dresses for work and they are fantastic for giving me shape and keeping their shape after being chucked in the washing machine.
The miracle trousers are amazing but are really frumpily styled on the website. I like their merino knits but they do recommend dry cleaning them which is ridiculous - I handwash mine.
Sizing is true to their measurements and consistent through all the items I have bought.

I’ve got lots of their workwear. Miracle skirts, cropped cotton trousers, cotton jumpers all my go to items...

Expensive but fab quality.
