Klarna and returns, help!

I bought a few things on pay later with klarna but returned some so I need to pay part of the invoice. The return hasn’t been received yet back at the retailer so klarna is still showing as the full amount due. Does anyone know how I can let klarna know I’ve returned some and/or pay part of the invoice?

Do you not have the app? I am sure you ‘report’ the return and they pause the payment while the retailer receives the return and processes the refund.

I do have the app but I don’t seem to be able to find anywhere that I can pause the payment

Yep .. just report the refund on the app.. Klarna is really good!
