What shall I wear tonight?

Taking my daughter out for a belated birthday dinner. Local Italian which can be a bit 'posh', and then drinks in the local which is very casual. Choice between:-

1. Black jumpsuit with polka dots, wedges
2. Maxi dress and flats
3. Skinny jeans, floaty top and wedges

Help me decide!

Maxi dress sounds the most weather appropriate and still ‘going outy’

1 might be too out there for the dinner part
2 might be too casual for the dinner part on account of the flats
3 sounds perfect for both. Ideally dark jeans

I'd go maxi dress and wedges

The dress, it too hot for jeans!
