Best Niacinamide serum?

I’m looking to introduce Niacinamide into my routine but I want something that isn’t tacky that will work under makeup. I’m prone to hormonal breakouts, slightly uneven skin tone. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I use the ordinary it is quite tacky though. I only use it at night as I find if I layer moisturiser and foundation on top you get that pilling effect where it rolls off your face.

The Ordinary do a powder version now that you can add in to your usual serum/moisturiser dependent on whether there are any ingredients which clash

I've been using one from Superdrugs own range and it doesn't pile for me. I use it twice a day. Love it!
