Very mini backpacks

I'm looking for a really small lightweight backpack- really just big enough for phone, keys wallet and sunglasses, maybe a very small bottle of water.
I find crossbody bags give me backache, and my normal leather backpack is actually not that comfortable for long walks.
Has anybody got any suggestions? I'm currently looking at Kipling Delia Compact but even that is a bit bigger than I want.

Longchamp rucksacks are small, I'd like one but not enough room for me.

bookish83 · 04/08/2020 20:11

The Longchamp ones would fit those items
in perfectly. Or perhaps the mini backpacks Whistles do

Dd has a kanken mini, which is pretty dinky.

Decathlon do brilliant small nylon ones for less than a fiver. One is a pale duck egg blue and it's really quite pretty.

Actually they're £2.49. 10 litres and 11 different colours. Surely worth a punt! 😂

I’ve got a ‘seventeen London’ mini backpack from amazon. It’s small compact and has lots of little pockets and holds just the right amount. I really like it.

bookish83 · 04/08/2020 23:05

The decathlon ones are really quite good too!

DelphiniumBlue · 05/08/2020 21:06

Thanks for all the suggestions.
Unfortunately they are all bigger than I would like, although I am impressed with the Decathalon one and might get that as a temporary measure.
If anyone has any more ideas do please let me know!

Have a look at the mini lefrik backpacks on the utility website.

OP try searching for 'hiking sling' on Amazon (if you don't object to Amazon). Lots of options, some of them hideous but some of the plainer options are not too bad at all and maybe nearer to the size you're looking for.

fizzpopbang123 · 07/08/2020 07:28

Maybe what you need is a bumbag/fanny/hip pack (maybe that's what a PP means by hiking sling) They are really trendy right now except you don't wear them round your waist, but through one shoulder and either across your chest or back. Or you could actually wear as intended!

Random Google image attached.

The little decathlon ones are great, they're great when all you need to carry is a water bottle, keys, phone, suncream etc. They are very light and surprisingly comfortable.

DelphiniumBlue · 07/08/2020 14:18

Thanks, I quite like the hiking sling things but not sure it'll work with my bosoms!
I've gone for the Kipling Alber -

Thanks for all the suggestions.
