Help me find this dress!

Saw it on a woman in the street today, but nowhere near brave enough to approach and ask.

Cornflakes blue, had white/cream spots all over but not actual circles, just small shapes, lots of them. Has a collar and is button down at the top then fitted under the bust.

Midi-to-maxi length. 3/4 sleeves. Possibly pockets. The perfect afternoon in a beer garden dress.

Not sure that this fits this bit of your description " button down at the top then fitted under the bust", but it fits the rest of it New Look.

Oh what a find! It looks a darker blue on that site, and I'm certain it was only buttoned to the bust, but that is definetly a great alternative if I don't find the original.

Keep an eye and as it regularly comes back into stock and take a look at 40plusnotgivingupyet on insta, she bought it and loads of others did and posted pics of them in it. All shapes n sizes look great in it! I have it. It's lovely.

The new look one was the one that came into my mind. I've seen pictures of it everywhere!

I tried on an Arket dress that sounds just just like this, but it was about 3 years ago. I can only find this similar Arket colour and pattern without collars on depop.

Thanks all - of the ones suggested the New Look one is the closest I can find to it. Shame when googling it's coming up as some "Insta Famous dress"....great, that'll push the price up on ebay
