Melatonin, Vitamins and Probiotics

Hello S&B Oracles......

Posting here as this is inadvertently 'beauty' related as I a) desperately need some sleep (young DCs who still don't sleep through) and some vitamins and probiotics to improve my dull skin, rubbish nails, and IBS bloat.

Sooooo....

Does anyone use Melatonin and if so, where do you buy it?

Can anyone also recommend some vitamins and probiotics for an approaching middle-aged Mum who drinks a lot of coffee and probably eats too much sugar (I'm working on that last bit!)?

Thanks xxx

I use optibac probiotic, they have a few different ones to choose from.

I generally have vitamins from solgar, viridian and FSC.
I typically take B vitamins complex, iron, and magnesium. Vitamin C and D And a Zinc.

I’m currently researching melatonin as I’ve heard great things.

Pipingrock.com do melatonin, nhs direct says 2mg a night for a few weeks.

Mind you, switching to decaf would help you sleep and lower your cortisol levels.

amazon.com not .co.uk that and no caffeine after lunch helps. Plus dark room.

I get my melatonin from Biovea - I use it for insomnia rather than anti-aging but assume it’s all the same? It get shipped from the US so allow 3-5 weeks for arrival. I’ve used Biovea for 5 years and I really rate it - there are often offer codes.

Just reread your post properly - I’d start with 5mg of melatonin x
