I have recently found out that I have this on my forehead. Revolution do a treatment in a small bottle, Calamine lotion & Salycilic acid. It has greatly reduced my bumps and they have nearly gone. I've been using it for about 3 weeks and apply with a Cotton bud before going to bed as it leaves white marks. Hope this helps.
