Earrings for sore ears?

My ears get sore whenever I wear earrings. I've tried sterling silver. Has anyone had better success with yellow or white gold?

You could try surgical steel?

I only wear platinum but it’s more expensive.

I wore silver earrings for years but can't any longer. I dug out my gold stud s and used tcp on my ears to clean and disinfect them.

I left my studs in for a year but still can't wear silver but am fine with gold

Use clear nail varnish on the backs of them where there is contact with your ears. Your ears won’t be sore anymore

I get sore ears from most earrings too. Search hypoallergenic earrings and you'll find a fairly limited range online, mostly studs.

The best ones I've found recently are M&S, which recently made all their earrings "skin friendly". I've loved being able to wear more interesting earrings

Id recommend Solace jewellery every time. I’ll only buy earrings from them now. So nice to not have that hot itchy ear!!!!
