Hi got my highlights yesterday and they look nothing like what I wanted - I’ve never had them before so didn’t notice anything odd in method etc
I have very dark brown hair and asked for balayage caramel from mid way down - subtle
I got blonde highlights basically - I reckon full head tho nothing to compare with and starting about an inch from root
I’m gutted
I have an appointment Monday to fix but will it need redoing or will a toner work? I just wanted them subtle but I look almost lights brown now? I wanted to keep my predominant dark brown colour but add highlights but my whole head is s diff shade completely
I just don’t know what to ask for and I did show her the pic but it’s nothing like it
