Cyberjammies sizing

Im about to buy a modal dressing gown but I don't know whether I should size up or not. No useful reviews on their website. I'm a size 12 but wondering if I should go for a 12 or 14 basically!

I’ve got one of their dressing gowns and I would say they’re true to size.
