Have you ordered from Rouje? how long would you give them?

Hi, I ordered from Rouje in the Archive sale 14/07, as a special birthday present to myself, they haven’t dispatched yet and when I emailed them just asked me to keep an eye on the DHL tracking (it says shipping created which means it’s not been dispatched to them). How long would you give them before ringing your CC company?

Ah, yes. They are super slow sometimes. I also placed an order in the archive sale, they dispatched it just over a week after I ordered so hopefully yours will be dispatched quite soon. It depends how much you want the products, I’ve placed quite a few orders with Rouje and have waited 2-3 weeks most times but I love everything I’ve had from there so it’s worth the wait!

Just got told after contacting them 3 times that they didn’t have the item in stock - 2 weeks of holding £100 is super fishy to me!!
