Lightweight Casual Trainers

I usually live in my Adidas Stan Smith trainers but want something more lightweight for casual wear. I have tried Skechers Go Walk but they keep falling off my feet. Any other recommendations??

I live in Converse and Vans - both really comfortable.
I really like the Veja ones too but my budget doesn't stretch that far ☺️

M&S do a cheaper sketcher with a comfy inside - it's a slip on and I prefer them to my clunky sketchers. About £35?

Converse are fab. They never go out of fashion. Vans also are pretty cool.

I’ll throw Superga in there

merrygoround51 · 08/08/2020 07:24

For real lightweight trainers you can’t beat Nike air

Thanks everyone, I have ordered the M&S ones as well as a Nike pair to try out. Sadly converse don't work well with my wide feet.

Nike epic reacts slightly closer to actual running shoes but lighter than slippers.

Keds are ace, and very lightweight

Love my Superga. Converse are too flat and thin for my feet and back!

MumNeedsTea · 12/08/2020 17:37

Superga... I live in mine!

LadyEloise · 12/08/2020 18:20

Would you try Fitflop trainers ?

InDeoEstMeaFiducia · 12/08/2020 18:23

I have plantar fasciitis and love my Vionic Maya slip on trainers.

homemadecommunistrussia · 12/08/2020 18:24

Under armour are lovely and light, but they do wear out fairly fast.

Oblahdeeoblahdoe · 12/08/2020 18:29

Fitflop trainers are soooo comfortable and lightweight

nannykatherine · 12/08/2020 18:58

Keds

Nike Air for sure. Those M&S ones are a bit granny, although probably super comfy tbf.
