Shock absorber bra sizing help

Just as the title says really... I have read on here to go up a band size and down a cup size, well I did that and it's definitely still wrong! If you have a shock absorber bra, what size is it and what's your regular bra size?

I buy my normal size, I was blissfully unaware of advice to do otherwise and they fit well for me.

I bought my usual size too and it's fine. That said my boobs are not massive (30D) so it's not a huge issue

I'm a 36HH and I buy my actual size no problem I do however wear two at once to help me bounce less when running Grin

34FF, wear 36F in SA.

Thank you all.... I think I'll give my normal size a try!

I just couldn't get it right so gave up and stuck to my panache underwired ones

I'm usually 32dd. I buy 34e in Shock Absorber. I struggle to fasten it.

CaptainWentworth · 29/07/2020 15:37

I normally wear 32F and I think my 34F(F)? shock absorber bra is an ok size? It depends on the style - the ones that are more ‘bra shaped’ I can wear my normal size but I definitely have to go up a band size in the crop top style ones.

Do you mean the ultimate run bra or a different one?

The main issue I have with the ultimate run bras are the shoulder straps - I have them as long as I can and they still feel a bit tight. Band wise I have gone up a size and they are quite tight still.
