Marks from spots

Hi.
I've got some marks left behind from spots.
What have you found to be the most effective product for getting rid of them?

Dermatica prescribed me tretonoin & hydroquinone & the cystic acne red marks are finally fucking off after 3 years.

I have been using bio oil on mine lately and am pleased with the difference it’s made.

I've found that Alpha Arbutin from The Ordinary is good for this. As a bonus, it doesn't make me break me out unlike a lot of treatments that are meant to reduce old spot marks.

I've sworn by clarins beauty concentrate for years and years. Currently using Liz Earle cica paste which is also really good.
