I would like a polka dot shirt dress with sleeves longer than cap sleeve length (preferably elbow length or 3/4 sleeve length sleeves)

I don't mind about the colour too much

Preferably around knee length

Size 4, 6 or 8 (unless it's a 10 that comes up small)

Why wouldn't you just buy the one in the picture? Ive bought from Unique Vintage before, its a long established site and genuine. Ive been pleased with the quality of their clothes and would buy from them again.
