Phillips Lumea and deodorant

Ladies who have done Phillips Lumea - what deodorant are you using, and how long did it take to remove armpit hair?
I've done 5 treatments so far all over my body, and the only stubborn part is armpits. It is written in the manual that long lasting deodorants are not suitable, but I thought it means those ones that you use once a week kinda thing. I am using 48h ones, but I'm starting to think that maybe it's the reason that armpit hair isn't going anywhere :(
I would greatly appreciate to hear others experiences.

I do it after a bath and shave so there's no deodorant on there, but I think they mean those ones that you put on, they itch like crazy, but allegedly stop you sweating for days.

I'm about 5-6 weeks in and armpit hair defo taking longer to go, but it is slowly getting thinner and less hairy!
