Best brands for bottoms - newly pregnant

Just a couple months in but wondering what are your best calls for high street pregnancy bottoms? I don't want to waste resources buying many jeans and trousers I'll only wear once in my life. I'm an athletic (straight body shape) size 8, 5 foot 8.

E.g. are H&M any good for pregnancy wear? And what about buying 2nd hand, is there a good market place for these things? Or are there reasons I currently don't know about that I should not buy bottoms second hand?

I bought some Hush harems which were comfy throughout pregnancy and I knew I could wear after- the waistband is really comfortable. I'm pregnant again now and still yet to find decent jeans, I'm thinking about getting some of the JoJo Maman bump bands which attach to your pre-pregnancy jeans and sort of convert them, as it were.

Would love to hear some other recommendations though.

Hush harems are comfy in pregnancy.
But my best maternity wear by far came from Gap.
Really cheap and saw me through three pregnancies

From experience I found Dorothy Perkins the best for maternity jeans and leggings, Next the best for maternity work trousers and I had a pair of cropped jeans from JoJo Maman Bebe that I lived in when I was pregnant last summer. JoJo is more expensive but everything I had from there has been successfully sold on eBay, so you can recoup some of your initial outlay when you no longer need them.
