Help! Where are these sandals from? (pic)

Any ideas? Sorry the pic is very grainy. They have three gold buckles. Possibly designer as the rest of the outfit looked quite expensive.

Those kind of dressy shoes are the sort I'd keep in the back of my wardrobe forever; they could be 20yrs old! That kind of big block heel isn't a current heel trend either. New Look is a good shout, or maybe a place with lots of brands like Zalando.
