Apologies I wasn't sure if this should be posted in chat or not, I'm just wandering how you personally take some "time out / self care" .. really I'm just looking for ideas, between juggling life with a 2yo and studying full time for a nursing degree, I have recently lost my way slightly and feel very bleugh (to put it bluntly).. so whilst I'm sitting with a face mask hoping it might erase two years worth of bad sleeping and terrible twos.. I'm wandering how others take their time out and chill?
