Casual jacket that's not a rain jacket?

Any recommendations for a casual style jacket to wear with jeans/ chinos that is not a blazer or a rain jacket? I'm size 14 in late 40's but still want something that is ' fashioable' 😀😎.

I have a couple of linen utility jackets one from next in a yellow gold colour
The other was from m n S in navy
I did have a grey one but it got too big for me - pity as it went with everything
