Dissolving filler and starting again

I’ve had fillers in my cheeks every 9-12 months the past 3 years or so. I’m wondering if there any benefit to having any residual filler removed next time before having more done - would this give a smoother /fresher result? I suspect there’s residual filler still there even when it’s mostly gone.

No, just keep getting topped up, it doesn’t make any difference, my GP feels all round my cheekbones and fills in where necessary.

If you gently massage your cheeks with Moisturizer you should be able to feel the filler. I get topped up every 6 months so it never wears off. Always go for the more expensive longer lasting filler, I have had Juvederm voluma for years and it lasts really well with a smooth result.
