Hep! What product can I use for this?

So I have small red marks on my shins that I really want to get rid of. I think it’s where I had shaving rash then have used my lumea? Ingrown hair type products haven’t worked and the marks aren’t bumps now? Just red marks? I’m worried it’s permanent! What can I use to try to get rid of them please!??

Ok fab thank all have a go at one of those! Iv been using specific things for rash etc post shave but I’m worried my lumea has sort of made the mark more permanent? Some of them aren’t ingrown hairs/bumps they are flat like an actual mark
