Thoughts on this jumpsuit on me?

At the grand age of 33, I have bought my first ever jumpsuit. I kind of love it but I'm not actually sure it looks good/ok on me - thoughts, wise mumsnetters? Be gentle but honest!

I'm also a Jumpsuit lover, comfy, light and hides any unflattering/bigs you're uncomfortable with. Really nice with heels and a blazer for a night out too!

Looks nice for casual picnic but I don’t like seeing the vest/bra. I can’t tell whether it’s wrap (in which case you could go for a bigger size) or it’s knotted, in which case I’m not sure but it doesn’t work as is.

Print is doing nothing for you, so I would go for something cleaner, simpler and to be perfectly frank a bit younger!

Be brave and wear a better bra!! Will completely change the look for the better.

I like the print and it suits you. Plain jumpsuits look like work overalls to me.

I love jumpsuits and prints so it's a yes from me! I have several patterned jumpsuits and the trick is to wear them with one piece of plain jewelry and either single colour trainers or single colour heels if dressing up. If you feel unsure about the cleavage you could always pin it a bit higher with a small plain brooch.

You can definitely carry off a jumpsuit, but I agree that that particular one isn't good. The print is fussy and naff. Print is fine, just not that one!

It really suits you, the shape and the pattern especially for summer. I’m tall too so know what a holy grail it is to find a decent fitting jumpsuit.

Ignore the comments on the print from those not brave/unique enough to wear them!

I think with the top pinned together so bra not on show it will look fab. Go for it

@Atalune I love the first link you posted for dinner or something else in the evening, but I wouldn’t wear it for a picnic. I’d feel too overdressed.

I really don’t like the second one though (I don’t even think I’d wear it if I looked like that model ) and I am 27, so a bit younger than the OP.

I’d wear both the jumpsuits with white trainers and then a camo shaket for the first one and maybe a denim jacket for the second. But wear what you like, no shame.

The shape is great and you have a lovely figure but at first glance, I thought “she’s wearing pyjamas.”

Jumpsuits clearly suit you but the print is ageing sorry. Maybe look at Hush or Mint Velvet for something a bit plainer but in a fabric like chambray or jersey, or a more ‘ditsy’ print one monochrome.

Be great with sandals, neat pumps or flip flops, little cardi in case it gets chilly.

I like the print, don't mind the bra, and would wear clumpy black sandals with it to dress it down a bit. Then again that might be because I'm obsessed with Birkenstocks
