Has anyone ordered from Chums? I had their brochure inside a newspaper at the weekend and ordered a pair of curtains. I had an order confirmation/payment email and then later on got another email to say my items were still in my basket and did I want to proceed with my purchase.
I then checked their reviews online and they are mostly terrible, I wish I had looked before ordering. I tried to email them but they email bounced back.
I naively assumed that because their brochure was inside a national newspaper they were a reputable company.
Has anyone else had experience of buying from them, I was wondering if anyone has hopefully had a good experience and did receive their goods?
