Had anyone here shopped from the Trouva site?

I like the quirky range of clothes and mostly unfamiliar (to me) brands. I found it after ordering some tops from john Lewis by brands i hadn't heard of, Gerutz and y.a s, and wanted to see what else they had and found Trouva. I like that it's a host site for independent sellers but I've never heard if it. Has anyone here ordered from it???

Yes! I buy from Trouva often. Admittedly not clothes but homewares. Never had a problem!

Yes, I did during lockdown. Accidentally paid twice (paypal), they refunded it immediately and delivered quickly. I recommend.

Yes, a couple of small gifts and had no issue.

Yep, Trouva is my go-to for homeward gifts. Always been fine.

Yes, I think it’s just a portal though, ie it puts your order through to whichever independent shop the product is from and they process the order, presumably paying some kind of commission to Trouva.

Yes I've bought from there. My order arrived damaged and the customer service to resolve it was excellent. I'd happily order from there again.

Yes for gifts. I agree it’s independents but still very good service
