Looking for some inspiration for easy but stylish outfits - am 5 weeks post giving birth and want some cheap but non frumpy pieces to lift my mood while I'm waiting for body shape to shrink! Atm am still in maternity leggings and T shirts which is fine as it's not like I have a social life with a newborn but I figure there must be comfy outfits that look a bit more interesting!

I usually like a smart/classic/French vibe - any ideas on where to look or people to look up for ideas? Any inspo welcome as too sleep deprived to think!

My youngest is 2 now, but when I was at a similar post partum stage I wore a lot of harem pants (hid my stomach and thighs) and camis (easy to pull down for breastfeeding). If you're not breastfeeding and don't need regular boob access, I would be wearing lots of mini smock/swing dresses with sandals at the moment, or culottes and a tshirt.

I actually bought these www.zara.com/ae/en/culotte-trousers-p04432185.html?v1=52135907&v2=1549229 the other week from Zara and they are really comfortable (elasticated waist!) and can be dressed down (tshirt, sandals) or up (silky cami, heels)

Ah yes should have said that sadly breastfeeding hasn't worked out so boob access not required!
