Solid gold hoops with interchangeable pendants

Has any one seen or can they recommend a somewhere that might sell solid gold hoops upon which you can select an interchangeable pendant. Exactly like the photo below but these are vermeil? I think these are lovely but expect the vermeil would wear off the hoop very quickly.

I think solid gold hoops would be prohibitively expensive.

I bought some tiny hollow 9ct hoops secondhand from an old-fashioned pawnshop jeweller and they were £100. Mine have tiny clips though; so they look as if the go all round the earlobe. I make my own drops using bent wire and beads from Amazon.
