Best concealer for dark circles

I'm 22 weeks pregnant and suffering badly from insomnia so I'm in desperate need of a great concealer to hide my ever present dark circles. I imagine it will come in handy once the baby is here too...!

Hit me with your best recommendations! Xx

Tarte shape tape for me, mine are bad! However, Mac long wear is really good, and at the budget end of things, maybelline fit me, or the age eraser (?) with the sponge tip are good, as it the Collection one. Revolution do a Shape Tape dupe but it's not as good in my opinion and possibly hard to get the right shade without testers in store. It's trial and error I'm afraid, but those are what I'd recommend after twenty odd years of searching for the holy grail Grin

If they're really dark you could try a corrector underneath the concealer. Becca eye brightening is excellent (doesn't crease) but is hard to find at the moment. Benefit do one (used to be erase paste, think it's Boing or similar now), also Bobbi Brown but I found that creases. Again, trial and error. Hope you find something that works for you.

You need either an orange concealer or a yellow concealer depending on your skin tone and whether your dark circles are blue or purple (Orange counteracts blue and yellow counteracts purple) .
I have a lemon concealer from Superdrug (Collection Lasting Perfection) and it works brilliantly for my light skin and purple under eyes. If you have darker skin and are more blue under your eyes then an orange concealer works better. I think there are peachy concealers if you are somewhere between the two. Try it and see!

Nyx do an orange corrector.

Bobby Brown do a corrector, you would need it matching to your skin tone though. Its a bit on the expensive side but its the best thing I've ever used. I've got dark circles under my eyes naturally, thanks to inheriting them of my mum lol. I can't live without it 😊
