Hair colour remover recommendations

Please help. I look like Morticia Addams. I don't want to look like Morticia Addams. I'm looking for a good, gentle hair colour remover or just something that will lighten the very dark brown so that it looks warmer. Any recommendations that won't leave my hair looking like straw? Thanks

Which dye did you use? A lot of browns (even the medium ones) look very dark in the beginning but settle down after a few washes. Head and Shoulders shampoo will speed up the process!

A colour remover like Colour B4 is likely to leave your hair orange, so you'd have to dye over it again. I'd try Head and Shoulders for a few days first, and then if it still hasn't lifted try the colour remover.

Had it done at the hairdressers. Dutifully said it looked lovely. And it would - on somebody else. Not the warm brown I had imagined. I've read a few people saying use Head & Shoulders to help it fade!

I have used the Jobaz a few times didnt leave my orange. However if you want to recolour you need to leave it for a couple of weeks after or the colour will oxidise

Jobaz Max in the red box is brilliant, doesn't damage my hair and let's you recolour the same day which colour b4 doesn't. I've used it a few times to go from dark burgundy red back to copper blonde in the same day.

Thanks. I've done Head & shoulders a few times since and it's definitely gone a shade or two lighter. I read a few reviews of the Jobaz and a lot of comments about how it smells awful.
