Women's briefs/boxer shorts

I've put on a fair amount of weight over lockdown and have startled exercising (as well as cutting back on crap) to counteract this. However, I'm finding I chafe rights at the top of my thighs, and wonder if shorts instead of pants might help.

Does anyone wear them (surely yes?!) and what brand would you recommend?

Both my DDs wear these as they find them comfy. Tesco's have adult sizes and they are really soft. M&S too but I've only seen children's sizes.

I've seen an advert for a company called Oddballs (I think) that has them in funky colours/patterns. Haven't used them so no idea if they are any good.

M&s flexifit are super soft and non chafy, may be worth a look
