One luxurious thing (for a present)

It's my mum's 60th and I wanted to get her something that would feel like a real treat, that she would never buy for herself - one beauty/pampering thing, for up to £100 (ideally in the £60-70 bracket). I was thinking about maybe a Jo Malone candle, but was wondering if anyone had any other ideas or things they loved?

What a lovely idea! I have no idea what your mum is like or what she enjoys but I'm 62 and one of my nicest surprise presents in recent years was a beautiful kimono style dressing gown ( it was from here. It makes me feel very glamorous when I wear it, I would never ever buy it for myself and I love that my DD got my DH to buy it when I was especially down. I also love browsing in Liberty online and they have a sale on. The have a huge range of brands you don't see everywhere. For my 69th I had a necklace engraved with all 3 DCs names which I love and wear every day. (I don't like candles btw but you will know if your mum does!)

Grr for my 60th

What about the neom electric diffuser with a couple of oils? It’s been on my list for a while now and DP bought me a cheaper version but it’s just not the same Blush

Thank you both - @Sooverthemill those dressing gowns are so beautiful (I love the Kew ones) that I think that might be what I go for - I've already got her a personalised Bridgewater mug so they sort of go together as gifts, too, as she loves drinking coffee in her dressing gown! Thank you!

@Hardbackwriter haha I am sitting here drinking my tea out of an Emma Bridgewater mug! I hope she loves it, I have the Paris one but would love a Kew one. Please report back x

Wow I love those gowns!

Those gowns are beautiful. The candle sounds lovely too OP but if your mum is like mine she would use the dressing gown and keep the candle unused.
Those neom diffusers Turnedouttoes mentioned are pretty lovely too.

*off to put silky gown on my own wish list

Love those dressing gowns, they’re beautiful. For my mums 60th I paid for us both to have the afternoon tea package at a really amazing spa. I know you couldn’t use it now, but might be something to look forward to in the future.
