Suggestions for nice tops for meals/drinks out etc? Or tbh just whole outfits hah. I struggle with dressing for this kind of occasion, a meal/drinks out with pals, I dunno how to dress without looking too dressed up or just not dressed up at all as is my usual scruffy day-to-day look

My only real 'rule' is that I never have my cleavage on show. And for context I'm in my twenties.
