Does anyone take collagen supplements? Particularly for hair growth? If so, are they any good and are there any brands in particular that you can recommend?

Thank you!

I’ve yet to see dermatologists recommend them and the science doesn’t stack up because all animal proteins collagen just arranged differently like Lego.

If you want nice hair don’t diet & eat a healthy diet full of green leafy veg & lots of unprocessed foods. Which is what we should be eating to stay healthy.

I read an article about hair growth & they said if you go too long without eating hair growth slows because to the body it’s a luxury.

I put a large-ish teaspoon of this in my coffee every morning after finding the prices of the collegen tablets in places like Boots pretty pricey:

The bag lasts ages, I can't taste it, and its definitely helped with my skin and hair. I wouldn't say my hair is longer, but its definitely in much better condition.

I take marine collagen tablets every day but also take Ferroglobin plus liquid as my hair loss was mainly caused by anaemia. Hair is now thickening up and growing fast, I have an inch of roots showing after 4 weeks.
