What made you start using them and have you noticed any differences?

I've just bought some (impulsively) from H & B for skin improvements. Debating whether to return them as they are unopened.

Caused painful constipation. Can't take it.

Don’t see the point. How does the body know this collagens different from all the other collagen you eat?.

Is there any unbiased scientific evidence for this?.

Look at the perricone diet if you want to help your skin.

I have taken supplements for a good few years. I don't ever remember being constipated as a side affect. You do need to take them for a while to see a result.

I haven't been taking for the last 6 weeks or so, just because things have been tight financially so I've cut down on various things. But I can see and feel the difference for not taking them.

My hair and nails are always super healthy but at the moment my hair just is not the same. But the biggest thing I have noticed is my skin. I just look a bit drawn imo, I don't have the glow I normally have. It can be due to stress with ld I suppose but I'm going to repurchase and start taking them again.

I did read somewhere that taking them with vit c helps with absorption . Some of the powdered version do have vit c added.
