Does anyone that uses soolantra have to use it continually to keep the pustules & spots of rosacea away?

I have been using soolantra for a year and it has been a miracle for my rosacea. Nothing worked up to that point. I am sometimes a little flushed but it is easy to disguise as my skin is now smooth and no longer dry. I get it on perscription.

LadyMacnet · 12/07/2020 14:37

I don’t use it continually but when I get flare-ups of rosacea it is fantastic. I also get it on prescription.

I use it every other night now to keep the rosacea away. It’s miracle stuff. If there was a fire, it would be a can’t evacuate without it situation Grin

TheOriginalMrsMoss · 12/07/2020 17:47

I used it for 3-4 weeks then never had to use it again. Amazing stuff.

Sarahlouiseis33 · 12/07/2020 20:23

@JMAngel1 how long have you used it for? I’ve gone back on the pill and had a flare up which I’m hoping I can get under control with the soolantra because I can’t come off this particular pill. My rosacea is the spotty type Blush

@DDIJ - Oh no! That sounds awful poor you! Strange, I find it quite gentle, just shows what suits one doesn’t suit all of us!

@Clockers41 - Do you have the spotty type of rosacea?

OP posts:
Clockers41 · 12/07/2020 20:36

Yes I would say it was the spotty type

Notreallyawaitress · 12/07/2020 20:36

I used it for 8 weeks last year and now only get the occasional hormonal spot. My skin is much clearer now and less inflamed. I bought it from an online pharmacy

FallingIguanas · 12/07/2020 20:40

Also used it daily for 8 weeks. I'd expected to use it for flare ups but my skin since has been so much better it's not been necessary.

Suzie6789 · 12/07/2020 22:06

I used it for 2 months and by that time it had completely cleared my cheeks and nose. Touch wood, I’ve never had a major flare since.
