Never tinted eyebrows before...questions!

Any recommendations for foolproof products? Advice on what to do/not to do?

Also, my hair’s blonde but I’ve always had darker eyebrows. Now (I’m in my mid-30s), I seem to have a few light hairs in amongst my brows. Not sure if they’re blonde or grey?! And will tint cover them?

Thank you in advance x

I've only done it once using eyelure and it did cover my white hairs. Put vaseline around the skin at your eyebrows so it doesn't stain your skin. I used a cotton bud for that

I’ve done it a few times since lockdown using eyelure. Didn’t bother with barrier cream. Had to leave it on way longer than the instructions said but it works great and covers greys.

Eyelids for me and dd here. The only one we could find was ‘dark brown’ and even though we both have blonde eyebrows, it really wasn’t too dark at all. Worked very quickly for us - 2/4 minutes was enough

That should have said ‘eyelure’

Seconding putting Vaseline around them with a cotton bud - makes cleanup much easier. Also, if you have a disposable spoolie, that helps to brush it evenly through the hairs.

I've been using men's beard dye since lockdown started, Just for men beard in dark brown and it's great. I just mix equal parts of the two tubes together and apply with a slanted brow brush, then rinse off after about 3 minutes. Definitely use Vaseline around the edges. Even if it's a bit dark it tones down in a few days.
I do from the arch to the tail end of the brow first and then the first part, so that it's darker at the end.

I use the eyelure one from Superdrug.
I paint it on with a thin eyeshadow brush, I don't use a barrier cream as I have a fairly steady hand.

I have to leave it on a longer time to work but it also usually is a shade darker than you expect. So if you're between shades id probably stick with the lighter one but leave it on an extra ten mins!
