I bought a cross body designer bag about 6 months ago, which has a glittery flap to fasten it. After some time I noticed my coats/jumper/dresses have started to bobble near my hip area, just one side. Initially I thought may be it's the clothes I'm wearing, but then realised it's the bag! The glittery rough top part rubs on clothes and causes it to bobble.
Can I do anything about this? It's past their return period so can't return it and I paid around £300 for this :(
