Philips Lumea - Hairfree for how long?

Philips lumea users, please can someone tell me how long have you been hairfree? That’s after the initial 8 weeks of 4 sessions ? Do you have to keep doing it every 6-8 weeks?
What if you take a break over winter? Are you back to full growth by spring and you have to start all over again??

I haven't been hair free. It just became patchy. There is definitely less hair but there is still hair.
I stopped fot 3 months and a third of the previously hairless areas have come back.
So initially on my legs it was 45-55% hair free and i stopped for more than 3 months now and now i would say i hace 20% less hair than i had before i ever started lumea.

One of the annoying things is that my moustache never became hairfree and its a small area so i dont think its because i missed a spot!

I also have more broken facial/thread veins on my cheeks, i dont know if thats related.

Anyway winter is the best time to do laser as you need to slather spf religiously and cover up after laser.

As Devils said, it becomes patchy.

I've had the Remington version for 5 years and used it on and off. I've been hair free at some points but ultimately it grows back.

I'd still say I have 20% less hair then I ever started with even when I stopped lasering for a year.

I would say keep doing it until your hair free, it may be more than 8 sessions and then once every 8 weeks to keep it away.

I last used mine in about November and am still basically hair free except for the odd straggler that’s reappeared. Before I got it I used to shave every day. I did it fortnightly for a few months then dropped to once a month, once every couple of months.... now like I say I haven’t used it for at least 6 months and still have no regrowth.

I was virtually hair free last summer after five sessions but then I stopped and was at full hair again over winter. This year I’m going to try and keep it up every couple of months or whatever is recommended.

My knees were never hairless though which was annoying and I was very careful to do them properly.

Best thing I ever bought despite that.

Can I jump on to ask if anyone has used this with blonde hair and had any success please?

I'm naturally light to golden blonde which it says it doesn't work on. However, the hair on my legs and underarms is significantly darker... 🤔

Don't know what to do!
