I'm at my wits end!
Over the last year or so I keep getting big spots on my neck and jawline. It seems to have been since I started running a lot so I'm thinking it's linked to me sweating.
I'm 36 if that makes any difference.
I keep the area clean with a facial wash and make sure I wash my face and neck thoroughly before and after I run.
The spots are very sore and angry looking and I can squeeze pus out of them.
The skin on my face is the best it's ever been, it's just my jaw/neck area.
Does anyone have any advice? I'm pretty skint so I can't spend loads on expensive creams etc but I really want to sort it out
