I normally have full head highlights of caramel and bleach.
My natural hair is dark brown.
With the lockdown my hair obviously had roots showing.
It was so bad, no matter how I styled it etc, it looked very unkept and I was counting down the weeks until 4th July so I can go to my hair salon.
Last month I discovered John Frieda lightning spray and I read all the reviews, plus I was fully aware that my hair could go ginger as happened to me in last when I attempted to diy hair.
In my opinion it did not go down to ginger, more like caramel blonde, that one I would get in the salon together with my bleach strands.
But I think it won’t go any more lighter, I’m surprised it went light that much anyway as it says it has contains weak peroxide only.
I would like to lighter it even more, what can I use?
I can go back to my salon but tbh can’t afford it atm..
Also My hair are now much lighter, so not so badly visible as with dark roots.
And to be fully honest I would prefer a full head colour, as I am only having done highlights as I can not afford my roots done every few weeks..
I would just prefer it a tiny touch lighter..
Is there something I can use?
Obviously I know that they are millions of hair colours shades in shops and I used it well many years ago but it never turned up well.
Any tips how to lighter it a tad more?
