how to re waterproof a cotton parka?

Hi, just washed DS parka, looks beautiful, must have needed it !
Is there a spray I can use to protect it from the rain like you do with shoes please?

Look up Nikwax products, you can get a wash in or a spray I think.

Second niqwax , spray or wash in ! If you have washed it though the powder can damage the waterproofing . Best to wash in their loft tech wash .
